Thanks.  I can build pljava now.  It is because the following packages are missing:
 
sdt.h -> dtrace (SUNWdtrp, SUNWdtrc)
stdio.h -> SunOS C/C++ header files (SUNWhea)
math.h -> Math and Microtasking Library (SUNWlibmr, SUNWlibm
