After some surfing :

modify pljava-1.3.0/src/C/pljava/Makefile with :
SHLIB_LINK = -lgcj -ljvm
then recompiling pljava

and

ln -s /usr/lib/gcj-4.1/libjvm.so /usr/lib/libjvm.so

then install.sql file works.
