Some caches in the workflow were not being saved. This PR fixes problems with the following caches:

- `cachePostgresSource` - The PostgreSQL source directory was being deleted when checking out the psqlODBC source
- `cacheWin32OpenSSL` - The OpenSSL install path did not match cache path of `C:\OTHERBIN\openssl32`
- `cacheWin64OpenSSL` - The OpenSSL install path did not match cache path of `C:\OTHERBIN\openssl64`
