I've sucessfully clone psqlodbc project, and pull @progmachine code , and build and configure and test ... AND YES, WORKS FINE 😄 It's completely solved !!!

ODBC Driver Version .......: 17.00.0000
UNIX ODBC Version..........: 2.3.6

```
