Because i have no instrumentation for building psqlodbc on windows. Tomorrow i'll make new branch in my fork, and add precise logging, anywhere refcnt is modified. I hope it will help to understand what is going on. Let me know when you do it, and I'll download your branch , build and test it on linux 😛
