Dear PostgreSQL Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue concerning the loss of data in the database
associated with the account "Rc Labs".
We have discovered that the "pgdata" folder, which contained our logs and
data, was deleted on Saturday (15/03/2025). Unfortunately, we have been
unable to determine the cause of this deletion. Could you please assist us
in investigating and resolving this issue?
Additionally, is there a way to recover the backed-up data from the
database?
Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
