I think you need to pay for a full license for using DMS Bach-Nga

No one in this world is pure and perfect.  If you avoid people for their mistakes you will be alone. So judge less, love and forgive more.To call him a dog hardly seems to do him justice though in as much as he had four legs, a tail, and barked, I admit he was, to all outward appearances. But to those who knew him well, he was a perfect gentleman (Hermione Gingold)

You can use AWS DMS (Data Migration Services) to actually more the data after setting up the destination schema via SCT. As usual with AWS there are quirks and limitations (particularly at the Oracle end of things), but it is an option.

Moving data is a completely different tool, whereasnSCT only converts and migrates the DDL.

Okay, I was of the idea that it always needs to be RDS and there’s a limit of data that can be migrated in trial version.   Thanks, will checkout that.     From: Paul Carlucci <paul.carlucci@gmail.com>

Subject: Re: Oracle to Postgres-Licensed GUI tool    Try the AWS Schema Conversion Tool, it's free and doesn't require either endpoint to be an RDS instance.      On Tue, Nov 20, 2018, 1:10 PM <soumik.bhattacharjee@kpn.com wrote:
Hello There,   Anyone came across any Licensed GUI tool to migrate database schemas from Oracle to Postgres.   +including Packages, Procedures etc..   + Any idea of License costs if available.     Thanks
