The package causes the following error under Redhat 6:
Package postgresql12-devel.x86_64 0:12.20-1PGDG.rhel6 will be installed
--> Processing Dependency: perl(PostgreSQL::Test::Utils) for package:
postgresql12-devel-12.20-1PGDG.rhel6.x86_64
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: postgresql12-devel-12.20-1PGDG.rhel6.x86_64
(postgresql-12)
Requiers: perl(PostgreSQL::Test::Utils)
The RPM postgresql12-devel-12.20-2PGDG.*.x86_64.rpm was released for Redhat
versions 7/8/9, which fixes the error, but apparently not for Redhat 6.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm working on PostgreSQL 17 packaging this
week. Once that is done, I'll fix this and let you know.
