I have the following repository configured in /etc/yum.repos.d:

[pgdg18]
name=PostgreSQL 18 for RHEL / Rocky / AlmaLinux $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/18/redhat/rhel-$releasever-$basearch
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/PGDG-RPM-GPG-KEY-RHEL
repo_gpgcheck=1

On RHEL 8.10 x86_64,

dnf list --showduplicates postgresql18

reports:

Error: No matching Packages to list

However, I can see the PostgreSQL 18 RPMs in the repository directory,
including:

postgresql18-18.4-2PGDG.rhel8.10.x86_64.rpm

at:

https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/18/redhat/rhel-8.10-x86_64/

Could there be an incomplete/stale repository metadata problem causing
postgresql18 not to be included in the package metadata?
