In this section:

1)  Table 18.1. System V IPC Parameters
> SEMMAP > “see text” -- what does this mean?

2) in the Linux section:
block

$ sysctl -w kernel.shmmax=17179869184
$ sysctl -w kernel.shmall=4194304

$ replace with #

> To make these settings persist over reboots, see /etc/sysctl.conf.
replace “see” with “modify”

3) Global changes in the section:

you continue to use the server process name as “postmaster”!!! way too many
times (find and replace it)
