At least for SQL level prepared statements the statement has to be one of :
|SELECT|, |INSERT|, |UPDATE|, |DELETE|, |MERGE|, or |VALUES|
|so CREATE is not valid, and I guess the extended protocol prepared
statements aint no different in this regard.
