hi,

it seems that PredicateLockTupleRowVersionLink sometimes create
a loop of targets (it founds an existing 'newtarget' whose nextVersionOfRow
chain points to the 'oldtarget') and it later causes
CheckTargetForConflictsIn loop forever.
