This just caught my eye:

postgres=# select pg_set_attribute_stats('foo', 'xmin', false, 1);
  pg_set_attribute_stats
------------------------

(1 row)

We should probably not allow that, because you cannot ANALYZE system 
columns:

postgres=# analyze foo (xmin);
ERROR:  column "xmin" of relation "foo" does not exist
