Release 1.0pre9 of osage is available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/osage.
Osage is a JDBC-based Object-Relational mapping
system. It maps Java objects to RDBMS. It generates
SQL for retrieving, saving, and deleting objects. It
does XML<=>RDBMS. It autogenerates keys, maintains
dependent objects and relations.
Features added in this release are query cache, lazy
loading for 1-many relations, and optimistic locking.
For more detail, please see
http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=13451.
Of interest to Postgresql developers is that this
system does not rely on outer joins for dependent
objects.
Regards, goerge
