In the ODBC directories there are two MSI installers for the driver,
postodbc-07_01_0005.msi and PsqlODBC.msi.
Are these different in any appreciable way? They seem the same to me.

Where are you looking? I only see one file at
http://www.ca.postgresql.org/ftpsite/odbc/versions/msi/
BTW, attention whoever can do something, "the" sourceforge ftp mirror
seems to be a bit old, for whatever reason
(ftp://download.sourceforge.net/pub/mirrors/postgresql/odbc/versions/). In
attempting to remember the address I found
ftp://postgresql.sourceforge.net/, and I can't even find postgresql!?
Also, at ftp://download.sourceforge.net/pub/sourceforge/postgresql/ there
is only one file, postgresql-6.5.3.tar.gz. It would be nice if all of
these were cleaned up / deleted / updated ;)

I've been seeing some wierdness with my local mirror recently too
(postgresql.rmplc.co.uk). The full listing on hub.org (of the odbc
directory) as at 8:39 5 Jun GMT is shown below - perhaps an email to the
readysetnet admin would help.

I think this is resolved now, and the mirrors should drop old files
at their next rsync run (ie, within a day or so) --- see thread on
pghackers if you care about details.
