Hi,

http://www.postgresql.org/idocs/index.php?libpq-exec.html#LIBPQ-EXEC-ESCAPE-STRING

this function is not defined in the *.h and:
$ nm -p /usr/lib/libpq.so | grep -i escape
$

is not compiled in the library.

Am I missing something?
