Should we be including the "rc" (release candidate) in the versions for
Apache AGE extension releases?

I think upstream they are putting this in all of their tags, and we
might be picking that up through the watch file. But upstream I don't
see them including the "rc" in their release documentation.

Not a huge deal (debian users must be used to it by now) but I'm
working on packaging the postgres debian extensions for kubernetes and
noticed this.

(On my side, I'm trying to mostly automate things but I didn't want to
automatically push prerelease/beta/candidate versions into streams that
users would consider to be stable releases.)
