* New upstream version.
* Pass CFLAGS as COPT so pgxs.mk picks them up.
* Maintain PGBINDIR in debian/postinst and prerm automatically.
* Run tests against all supported PostgreSQL versions.
* Move maintainer address to team+postgresql@tracker.debian.org.
