Otra burda manera pero menos complicada, es crear un
.bat que maneje set pgpassword=clavedeusuariopostgres
y ejecutar el bat con la instruccion shell desde
visual basic, quiza teniendo un lnk apuntando al bat.
Es una idea burda pero funciona.
