FAKDB=# CREATE DATABASE "TestLatin9"
FAKDB-#   WITH ENCODING='LATIN9'
FAKDB-#        OWNER=postgres;

DETAIL: The server's LC_CTYPE setting requires encoding UTF8.
FAKDB=#

Now i'm deeply confused...So do i have to re-initdb?
