Thanks everyone for the input. In the meantime I had also run a poll
in the PostgreSQL social channel, and there as well, Significant won.

So, the team has decided to go with

* Major Contributor
* Significant Contributor

The plans for the 3rd level are becoming more and more concrete.
(As said before, we will make sure that the existing 2 levels are
clearly separated from that big pool.)
