The function is provided for in another library:

 objdump -t -T /usr/lib/gcj-4.1/libjvm.so  | grep JNI_Create
0000000000000940 g    DF .text  00000000000000ae  Base
JNI_CreateJavaVM


I really have no idea how to solve this....
