Hi,

You need to add pljava.jar inside the $CLASSPATH
`java -jar org.postgresql.pljava.deploy.Deployer -install`, otherwise
`java -cp ${DIR_TO_PLJAVA_JAR}/pljava.jar
org.postgresql.pljava.deploy.Deployer -install`
