The PATH setting doesn't look correct. On windows all the binary stuff 
is under <jre root>\bin\client and <jre root>\bin. So instead of your 
addition, try adding 'C:\Program 
Files\JAVA\jre1.5.0_04\bin\client;C:\Program Files\JAVA\jre1.5.0_04\bin'
