Rats. I'm currently doing a feasibility study of using PostgreSQL and 
need to have some conclusions by the end of the month. I hate having to 
build projects from source as it always seems to be 10 times more effort 
than I expect. I'm wondering if it would be less effort to take one of 
the existing Windows binaries, and just install that version of 
PostgreSQL and friends :-)

If someone else is having trouble building binaries, I'm probably going 
to have the same trouble.
