To mirror the whole list, IMAP is far faster than fetching each
message over HTTP (measured: 90 msg/s vs 2.8 msg/s):

  imapsync --host1 pg.ddx.io --port1 143 \
    --user1 anonymous --password1 anonymous --useuid

Mailboxes are slices named <inbox>.<n> (SELECT <inbox> alone fails).
