O.k. how about this:
We want to move to XML. We have community members that want to move to
XML. We have regional projects that want to move to XML.
You can not debunk any of those reasons.
The fact is, they want to.
Until you can come up with a reason why we *shouldn't* move to XML. I
believe this issue is settled.
