In the Synopsis section of
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-alterdomain.html
this is incorrect (incomplete):
"ALTER DOMAIN name ADD domain_constraint [ NOT VALID ]"
It should be
"ALTER DOMAIN name ADD CONSTRAINT domain_constraint [ NOT VALID ]"
