Собрать где? Мне пришлось собирать постгрес руками на солярке. Там нет
инфраструктуры, подобной ports/srpm. Есть, правда, pkgsrc, но половина
глупых зависимостей оттуда не собирается только благодаря ущербности
pkgsrc. На фре и опёнке - понятное дело, что угодно можно творить в портах.
