Indeed I am motivated to provide the translation for Turkish as I learned that my local community are struggling to use PostgreSQL with Turkish locale.

I will spend some time over the weekend and try to come up with an extensive patch.

That said, the Turkish translation seems to have been abandoned a few
years ago, according to the status table at

Maybe you're motivated to update it?
