[PATCH] Fix translation error in Turkish locale 3+ messages / 2 participants [nested] [flat]

Please find the patch attached. "Transition data type" should be translated to "geçiş veri türü". It used to be "transaction veri türü" and clearly a typo. Indeed I am motivated to provide the translation for Turkish as I learned that my local community are struggling to use PostgreSQL with Turkish locale. I will spend some time over the weekend and try to come up with an extensive patch.
